The newest Nord kit from SMOK, the Nord 4 features a huge 80W of power and 2000mAh inbuilt battery. This means it is designed for an amazing sub ohm and direct to lung vaping experience. It is compatible with the RPM & RPM2 series of coils, and therefore there is also the option for restricted direct to lung (RDL) vaping if preferred. The replacement Nord 4 pods are empty and can be used with either the RPM or the RPM2 coils. Since both of these coil types are designed for lower nicotine levels, the Nord 4 kit is not typically recommended for someone wishing to take the first step to quitting smoking.

Coils and E Liquid Options

If you choose to use the RPM 0.4ohm replacement coils with your kit or the RPM2 0.16ohm coils, this is classed as direct to lung (DTL) vaping. This means it is designed for zero to low nicotine strengths. For more clouds and boosted flavours, this will be achieved using the lower ohms i.e. the RPM2 coils. These sub ohm coils are designed for higher VG juices of 70% VG or higher. Many of the brands and short fill flavours are Vapour Days UK are suitable, which can be confirmed in the product specifications.

In contrast, the RPM2 0.6ohm coils are classed as restricted direct to lung (RDL) in vaping style. To conserve your coil and battery life, they are best to be vaped with the Cherub brand of flavours as well as our Vapour Days UK e liquids. They also are compatible with higher VG juices of upto 70% VG. Charging

Please note that these Nord 4 pods, like most electronic cigarettes on the market, should be charged with a wall plug of 1amp or less in power. Most phone and other plugs are typically higher than 1 amp and therefore will damage the batteries in vape kits.
