Vegetable Glycerin (VG) and propylene glycol (PG) are the two main ingredients found in e liquids. The higher the VG %, the more suited to sub ohm vape kits. The lower VG% liquids are best suited to higher ohm coils (mouth to lung kits). Those with a 70% VG or less are also suited to restricted direct to lung (RDL) vapes.
