Bigger Is Better? Where Have All the Big Tanks Gone?

You have probably heard of the Tobacco Products Directive aka TPD which enforced the whole of Europe to sell tanks with a 2ml capacity or less. But have you discovered the various tricks manufacturers have designed to enable you to still go bigger?

Trick 1: Thicker Glass to be Replaced with a Larger Glass Size

The Aspire Cleito 120 tank and the Cleito 2ml Tank TPD compliant versions have very thick glass.

In the Cleito 120, when you replace this thick glass with the standard 5ml Cleito 120 replacement glass you get a much bigger tank.

In the Cleito 2ml tank, replacing the standard glass for a 3.5ml or 5ml Cleito glass will also increase your tank size.

Trick 2: Bigger Coil Which Can Be Replaced With a Smaller Coil

Aspire not only designed trick 1 for its Cleito  and Cleito 120 tanks, but it also designed the Cleito Exo tank which has a larger coil pre-installed. When this coil is replaced with a standard Aspire Cleito Coil, the increased space inside the tank makes much more room for your vape juice.

Trick 3: Extension Tanks

Some vapes have been designed with plenty of space inside to fit a larger replacement cartridge. The Joyetech Atopack Penguin kit utilises this design, with its standard 2ml tank capacity you can choose to upgrade to a massive 8.8ml tank. Bigger vape from this kit mean you will love the larger Penguin tank to keep your vape juice lasting longer.
