Two part time retail assistant opportunities based in the Galleries shopping mall on the UK’s Bristol Centre High Street.
Working Hours
These part time positions are available offering 14-20 hours a week. Candidates must be flexible in the days they work, their working hours and willing to consider overtime.

Main Responsibilities
- Maintain a smart appearance at all times
- Ensure stock is displayed to a high standard
- Cashing up when necessary
- Receive, count and display / store replacement stock
- As a key holder you will be responsible for ensuring the shop is securely locked
- Advise customers on the most appropriate product for them
- Assist customers to setup and use their electronic cigarettes where required
- Work to the pre-planned staff timetable and holidays
- Seek training or advice when uncertain
- Meeting with Directors on a monthly basis to report on sales, staff issues, staff training needs, and key opportunities to increase sales / customer satisfaction
- Meet Vapour Days UK high standards of customer service
Key Skills
- Able to work alone as well as part of a team
- Fast learner
- Good people skills for ensuring staff and customers feel satisfied
- A patient yet confident personality
- Polite phone manner
- Excellent listening skills
- Must be over the age of 18
- Ability to teach and pass on information in an easy to understand manner
- An honest and reliable nature
