E-Liquid and Coil Options

Since the Aegis Boost Luxury Edition vapes have a wide range of coil options, it can seem confusing to know where to start with choosing coils and suitable juices. The benefit of these kits is that the full range of coils are included with the kit contents! This gives you the opportunity to try all of the coils and find the one which suits you best. Each coil will be best suited to different e-liquids though, so below is a guide to the types of e liquid which are suitable for each B-series coil.

• Direct-to-Lung (DTL) B-Series Coils – these are the 0.3ohm coils designed for sub-ohm vaping. This means they produce big clouds and boosted flavours. These DTL coils are best recommended for vaping with higher VG e liquids with zero or low nicotine.

 

• Restricted Direct to Lung (RDL) B-Series Coils – these are the 0.4ohm and 0.6ohm Mesh Aegis Boost coils. These RDL coils are designed as the middle ground between DTL and MTL vaping, with boosted flavours and vapour production but still able to vape different nicotine strengths. They are recommended for vaping with a VG of 70% or less. Being best vaped with the Cherub brand of juices, or the Vapour Days 10ml bottles, there are a range of flavours and nicotine strengths to fall in love with. Best sellers are Cherub’s Red Apple or Cherub’s Strawberry Peanut Butter, and Vapour Days Virginia tobacco and Ice Mint flavours. You can also use many of the bigger bottled short fills available, making sure it has a VG of 70% or less.

 

• Mouth-to-Lung (MTL) Aegis Boost Coils – these are the 1.2ohms NS coils and 1.6ohm NS coils. These are designed to replicate the feel of smoking and are best vaped with lower VG juices. Similarly to the RDL coils above, they are recommended for vaping with the Cherub brand of juices or the Vapour Days 10ml bottles. You can also vape CBD liquid with these 1.2ohm wicks, with Orange County being the best-selling brand for quality and flavour.

 

• Many vapers prefer to vape salt nicotine for a higher nicotine strength with a smooth throat hit, and these Aegis Boost pods are also ideal for salt nics. Both the RDL and MTL types of pod resistances are suitable to vape with nicotine salts.

Charging

Please note that these Aegis Boost LE pods, like most electronic cigarettes on the market, should be charged with a wall plug of 1amp or less in power. Most phone and other plugs are typically higher than 1 amp and therefore will damage the batteries in vape kits.
